Sweet! Beth on my team is putting VB Express through its paces and blogging about it.

It would seem only right that if I am going to be spending my time thinking, dreaming and breathing all things Channel 9, then I should probably know how to code my way out of a paper bag.  Unfortunately, the truth is my passion for technology has never moved beyond pure consumption of said technologies.  Given that - it’s time I suck it up and get with the program – literally. 

 

Today I installed Visual Basic 2005 Express Edition Beta 2 and tomorrow I plan to kick things off by watching these introductory videos on MSDN.  I’ll keep you posted as I write my first Hello World program and hopefully work my way over to doing some of the projects at Coding4Fun.
