I just completed the upgrade of my T-Mobile Dash to Windows Mobile 6.0. You can grab the upgrade yourself from the T-Mobile site. Chris Ziegler at Engadget has a great overview of what you can expect from the upgrade.
Prior to completing the update make sure you grab data off of your device (like photos or music). The update will perform a hard reset on your device erasing all of your stuff.
