Josie Trying To Be Like Her Dad

Tonight I got home a little after 5:00 pm.  Which is early for me, what was nice is that there was still some light out and I was able to get out with Josie tonight and help her with her skateboard.

For those not following along at home I was a skate in my younger years and last year started to get our youngest daughter into skating.  She did pretty good last year learning the fundamentals, but to be honest she was a little young.

We got back out today, got her suited up in her protective gear and man, she’s really picking it up quick.  I snapped the following shot as she was heading down the hill.

She’ll be ready for a long board in no time.  A skateboard, school uniform and protective gear — a perfect combination.
