Where have I been lately?  Me and the team have been heads down getting an update to Channel 9 out the door.

I’m really excited about this update.  We focused on making the site easier to use, simple to find things and also expand into other types of media types such as Podcasts and Screencasts. 

My favorite part of all is our support for tags.  In the spirit of Technorati, Flickr and Delicous we’re supporting tags.  Check out http://channel9.msdn.com/tags for our tag cloud.  We’re thrilled to be a part of the tagged web.  The tags make Channel 9 much more useable allowing you to find very content from the tag cloud or see similar videos while reviewing another.  We also have friendly URLs supporting addresses like http://channel9.msdn.com/windows+xp and http://channel9.msdn.com/avalon. Of course everything is accessible via RSS.  (Adam blogs about the handler here)

This is our first big release since I rejoined the Channel 9 team months back and we’re just getting started!
