This fall will mark a decade for me at Microsoft.  I spent sometime as a contractor and nine years as a full time employee so through that I’ve been a part of some pretty darn special moments.  This morning though probably has and might go down as the biggest for me.  Charles and I had the privilege to sit down with Bill and Steve for a brief interview on Channel 9 discussing Bill’s next steps and his plan to move to his foundation full time in 2008. 

As Charles and I sat there interviewing Bill and Steve and then sitting with presidents of our company along with Melinda for official announcements with the press I was struck at how this is one moment I will tell my grandchildren about.  Actually it pretty darn emotional for me.  Man, I am so lucky to be at this company.
