Way back in January of 2005 I launched a basic wiki for folks into David Allen’s Getting Things Done Methodology.  I haven’t done much with it, so I was surprised to see how it has grown considerably.  The tools page is full of all sorts of cool applications (PC | Mac | Linux) to help you get things done!

This page appears to be a rare example in an online community where if you build it they will come. That rarely happens, its hard to bootstrap communities.  There seems to be a unique association with blogs, wikis and folks into the Getting Things Done Methodology though so maybe that is it.
