Well, that was quick.   As I mentioned previously we're putting our home up for sale (the for sale sign went up on December 30th) and in the last 48 hours we've had 5 families through the home.  I was surprised to see this much traffic over New Years Eve and day, but the Real Estate agent said New Years day can be a popular day for homes to sell.  The flow did keep me optimistic and I figured we'd get an offer quickly, but wow what a thrill tonight we received an offer and have accepted.

What a great couple of weeks my Christmas vacation was.  I am totally reacharged (I was beyond worn out prior to the break), we were able to get a lot of cleanup done our home so we could list it, we found a new home and we sold our existing home.  Now that's getting things done! 

Can't wait to get back to work tomorrrow!  This is going to be an amazing year.
