Robert hinted recently on his blog that our team is working towards launching some new things. Its all really exciting and at the same time totaly exhausting. When in ship mode I find myself in a machine like state, focussing on lists and of course my "not so secret weapon" GTD in order to stay sane. You know what?  It sort of works. :-)  (That and adrenalin)

One of the great things about my team though is that everyone has an active blog.  As Duncan mentions its not a requirement, but I do think it does say something about the types of folks that work on my team.  Actually its probably one of the many reasons why Channel 9 has been sucessful.  All of us believe in communication and the willingness to try new things.  Recently, our team has grown in size, adding two more new unique characters to our motley crew.  You know what? It feels like they've been with us since the beginning and are definitely now a part of the family. 

As we prep for our launch we thought it might be fun to allow you to get to know our new family members too.  Last week we created some fun videos for our new project.  They turned out pretty good and we decided at the last minute to put a few of them up. 

Each day this week at 10:00 am (PST) at http://on10.net we will post a new one.  We won't talk much more about the project than this, just that each day you will get a better glimpse into what we're doing, some of the people behind it as well as a sense of tone.  You'll see the real thing next week.  See you then...
