The keebler elves were up late last night and delivered us a major site update for 10. In our second sprint for we includeded a homepage that ties together the whole site (blogs, media, news), a media library and some modifications to our commenting system that allow the video stay in a fixed position. This allows you to truly watch the video and view/reply comments at the same time. Lots of bug fixes too. This whole thing was pulled together from concept to shipping in about 2 weeks time. Can't beat ASP.NET 2.0 for Agile Development. :-) You can check it all out at http://on10.net/

Meanwhile also on the 10 side Jesse Lewin has joined the team. Jesse has written for Engadget, Phone Scoop and has done a tour of duty with the Berkley Mac Genius Bar and a tonne of cool stuff. Jesse is getting up to speed and will be adding to our 10 content mix very soon. This will allow us to go beyond the "just one video at 10:00 am" and allow for us to ship multiple videos each day. We're going to mix things up a bit. You know we've shipped a lot of content since launch, check out our team picks page on 10 to see some of our team's favorites. Also tell me what you'd like to see on 10. We're always listening.
So with that we're onto our next sprint and we've got a few surprises in this one, one big thing that I can tell you is that we're working on a threaded discussion model for forum. We'll take the discussion model we have on ten and see how it works with more traditional message boards for discussion. Lots of fun.
